SHIPPING INFORMATION

SHIPPING POLICY

Bloomden Bioceramics Co ., Ltd accepts orders 24 hours a day, every day of the week. Orders are processed in the order they are received and expedited shipping orders, such as Express shipping, are elevated in priority to meet the delivery deadline. All orders are shipped from our location in Changsha, Hunan，China. Bloomden Bioceramics Co ., Ltd ships to all 50 U.S. states and internationally and follows the standard methods available by DHL ,Fedex and UPS.

DELIVERY TERMS

Consumer is responsible for shipping costs. We offer delivery options through DHL ,Fedex and UPS. We ship World Wide. Special overnight and second day air delivery are available at an additional cost to China mainland. International Consumer is responsible for all duties and taxes.All prices are shown in US Dollars.


TURNAROUND

PROCESSING

Bloomden ships Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed after 12:00 PM UTC+8 will be processed the next business day. All shipping dates are pending credit card verification for in-stock merchandise.

SHIPPING

We ship items out as soon as possible, but this will not always be the same day as your order. All items are shipped within 2 to 3 business days from payment of order, unless item is out of stock.

EMAIL CONFIRMATION

You will receive a confirmation email upon completing your order. If you don’t receive that email, please check your spam folder and try to locate it. This is important because if you haven’t received your confirmation email, you also won’t receive your shipment notification and tracking information. When your order is shipped, you will receive a shipment notification email including a tracking number.

NOTE:

  • Shipments to rural addresses can take a few extra days to arrive.
  • Orders are processed and shipped on business days only, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
  • Orders cannot be shipped to a PO Box.
  • Not all shipping methods are available for all shipping addresses or certain items.
  • Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to inclement weather and unforeseen circumstances.

SHIPPING RATES

Different shipping options are provided. Rates dependent upon preferred shipping method chosen. Quoted shipping and handling fees (which may exceed actual shipping costs) are separate from the product price and may vary by jurisdiction or delivery address or method. Any overages from quotes versus actual shipping costs are absorbed by Bloomden Bioceramics Co, Ltd as retained earnings. Any shipping costs that exceed the quoted price are absorbed by Bloomde Bioceramics Co, Ltd.
