Developed an improved flexural strength
The flexural strength of this new material is 650-1100 MPa. These conveniences have made the 3D Pro multilayer zirconia used more and more for crowns and bridges inlateral applications.

Excellent aesthetics performance
Translucency can be regulated by controlling the absorption, reflection, and transmission of light through the material. The translucency is higher when the reluctance is low and the transmission is high.

Compared to previous stage the strength as a trend
Bloomzir® 3D Pro multilayer zirconia is unlike any other zirconia, it can exhibit a strength range from 650MPa to 1100MPa which can cover posteriors and anteriors for both crowns and bridges including implant restorations.

Monoclinic resistance
Unique hydrolysis microstructure and chemical formulation by the hydrothermal treatment also resist degradation of aging which the cubic shifted to monoclinic state that can be observed in zirconia structure.

High speed sintering cycle
An excellent attributes is the fast sintering cycle which can ensure the strength, translucency and aging resistance simultaneously. The high-productivity sintering cycle allows for “inside furnace” time in 45 minutes.

Low Wear Rate
The average crystalline size of less than 0.5 μm and the Hydrolyzed powder properties are organized inside 3D Pro multilayer zirconia which enable 3D Pro multilayer zirconia to be long-term enamel wear behavior closed to the natural human teeth after several times of lab-test.
